Reading List: Inspirational Street Style from The Sartorialist

The Sartorialist: Closer

My hands down favorite style blog, The Sartorialist, is the brainchild of Scott Schuman – a photographer who hoped to create a “two-way dialogue about the world of fashion and its relationship to daily life.” His photographs capture the street style of real people across the world in the cities he travels to. He has a knack for picking up the subtle details in a person’s outfit, and inspires you to be a bit more thoughtful in your own style.

The first book on our style reading list is Schuman’s Closer, which showcases the diversity and attitude of people in cities he’s traveled, such as Japan, Korea, Paris and New York.
