Rescue Pups Model Ralph Lauren’s Fall Accessories Collection

Ralph Lauren The Dog Walk

I love to see brands creating campaigns around a good cause. One of the more unique projects I’ve seen lately is Ralph Lauren’s The Dog Walk, a collaboration between the designer and the ASPCA.

Ralph Lauren produced a film to promote its Fall 2013 accessories collection with rescue pups as the models. The adorable dogs  of all sizes model jewel-toned sweaters, tartan scarves, rain jackets and leather bags. There’s a few things for humans featured as well — particularly a pair of black and gold suede heels I’m dying over. Watch the film, below.

Through January 7, 2014, when you purchase select accessories and dog apparel featured in the film, ten percent of the purchase price will be donated to the ASPCA.

But the most heart warming part of the story is that since the film first aired, all of the pups in the video have since been adopted. You can check out a profile on some of these dogs, since being adopted to loving homes, in a RL Magazine feature.  Go rescue dogs!
